[The video feed clicks on, and oh hey it's the student kitchens in the background. There's two big pots on the stove and a really big rice cooker over there on the counter and oh hello there's a Bulba in the feed now. He's given up on the effort of trying not to seem really tired, and he seems pretty distracted on top of that.]

In case you were wondering um... Kirby had to go back to Dreamland for a while. Something came up...

[He frowns, looking like he really doesn't want to talk about it and makes a motion towards the stove with his head to switch the subject.]

Oh, uh, if anyone's hungry or whatever, I made some curry and... kind of made too much out of habit... There's both spicy and mild so. People are welcome to it so it doesn't go to waste. It's down here in the student kitchens.

Uh... that's it. Thanks.

[And then the feed cuts off.]

[...and then this guy is. Yelling. And demanding MORE!? Even at his hungriest Sonny would. Never. Be this rude. Dedede have a Sonny Moe standing between you and the curry. Looking very, very upset.]

When someone makes food and gives you some... You say Please and Thank You. If the food is good, you say Thank you very much. You don't yell. And steal. Ivysaur made very good food and I was enjoying it and you took it.

[One would almost think that food was kind of a big deal to Sonny Moe.]

[Holy crap it was so on. Part of him really wanted to have some popcorn right about now, but it wasn't really the time or place for that.

Bulba is frowning at Dedede from slightly behind Sonny Moe. Second much smaller line of defense oh yes.]

[...his foot. Was in so much pain. His poor, frail human foot, with it's tiny little bones and thin skin and oh gosh ouch]

[WHOA OKAY THAT WAS TOO FAR. Suddenly there were two very active vines in the air, whipping out towards that pesky hammer and wrapping around it. This thing was pretty heavy! Grabbing it out of the penguin's hands was going to be a challenge with him trying to swing it, but Bulba could at least stop him from doing that.]

[It was unwise, Oh King, to take your attention from the very angry guy who's foot happens to be still under your hammer. Because in doing so and looking away, you have presented him with a target. A shiny, orange target. A beautiful, beak-shaped target.

[But that's okay, because that's where being a weed comes in! ...Wait.

ANYWAY. Heavy as it might have been, Bulba was adjusting to the weight and... YOINK! The hammer was at least off of poor Sonny Moe's foot, dangling in the air for a moment until Bulba darted over and picked the hammer up himself. The vines might have had some issues, but Bulba himself was totally on top of this.]

[A quick withdrawing of very sore foot and a grateful look in Bulba's direction oh sweet Arceus that hurt. However. It was time. For. Game Face.]

Yeah - Yeah it smarts and if you don't get outa here? You're gonna get another one just like it! Go-on! Beat it! And I'm not talking about eggs!

[....you know. Bulba's curry would probably taste very very good on an omlette.]

[Sonny Moe looks, frankly, unimpressed.]

That's nothing too special, y'know? Ivysaur n Me have been all that stuff too except maybe posessed. We've also been frozen solid, had explosions go off in our faces, been poisoned and paralyzed and had rocks dropped on us from high up. It's called Battling and it's something we're both pretty good at.

[Stepping closer. Oh gosh he's right in your face. Dedede you can probably smell the curry on his breath. Not that he got to eat much of it.]

You've been asked nicely to go. Don't make me ask... un-nicely. Because if I have to switch forms and move you, I'll totally do it, Piplup King. You're making me very hungry. You wouldn't like me when I'm hungry.

[Oh. No. What. Bulba recognized that well enough to know to get the heck out of the way (sorry Sonny), but seriously what? The Piplup wannabeking could do that too? He thought that was just a Kirby thing! WERE ALL OF DREAMLAND'S INHABITANTS CRAZY VACUUMS? In that case...

Bulba turned through his stumble away from the Sonny cannon ball, running forward to aim a swing of the penguin's hammer at his side. It was like Smash Fundamentals and the baseball bats except a giant hammer, but the concept was mostly the same... if a little top heavy in weight. Dedede was just a giant blue baseball and Bulba was trying to hit it closer to the door.]

[Bulba gained 707 exp! Bulba gained a level! What's that? Bulba is evolv-- OKAY no.

The Ivysaur peered over at Dedede cautiously. He hadn't expected him to go down that easy... Well he certainly wasn't going to complain about it. It had been immensely satisfying. The penguin could just stay there for the time being, cause at the moment Bulba was going to turn his attention back to Sonny Moe.]

Uh... That was gross. Are you okay?

[It was obvious from the look on Sonny Moe's face that in actual fact he was anything but OK. In fact, he looked pretty much mortified.]

....Ivysaur? Did.... did that Piplup.... did he..... Did I get eaten and thrown up!?!?!

Uhhh... yeah pretty much. Kirby could do that too... My name's Bulba, by the way.

That's TERRIBLE. I mean that it happened to me, not that Kirby could do it too - I knew he could eat a lot. He's pretty cool, y'know? And I know people normally call you Bulba... I... wasn't sure if you'd want Me to call you that too. [Shrug] Rival teams and... everything. Y'know?
