Except at this point he knows her thoughts on regular chocolates so you could be assured these were not regular chocolates. ENJOY YOUR SPICY CHOCOLATES. … One of the chocolates appeared to be missing. HE WAS JUST VERIFYING THAT THEY WERE IN FACT MORE SPICY THAN SWEET. This was a fact.]

[TODAY was the day for Char. He also got a box! Bulba was getting his money's worth out of that generic wrapping paper, man. Inside the box was just a treasure trove of chocolate almonds oh gosh. There was a whole ton more in there than there should have been, probably to compensate for that envelope that was in there and whatever was inside of it.

Okay, I know you've taken one look at this and I know exactly what sort of face you're making already. Anyway. Happy Birthday! I get that you'd probably like it better if I didn't say anything about it, but happy birthday. I don't think you've had enough people tell you that, so I'm making sure I do. You deserve it. You can be a really big jerk sometimes… but I'm really glad you're here. And, you know, that you're you.
