There's a big ceremony where Bulbasaurs come together to evolve into Ivysaurs That's usually when it happens. I, uh, sort of missed it, obviously.

I think its more like... when its their time to evolve, they get together. Like there's a feeling they get where they know its time for it to happen? A Venusaur usually helps them out or something? I'm not sure I really get it myself, but I didn't grow up in a forest either.

I grew up on the Vermilion coast. Lots of the Bulbasaur left cuz of construction, so I dunno what the turnout's gonna be like. Gotta be some though, I don't think I'd get this feeling otherwise.
